A Prayer for our Center of Praise Teachers

Praise and Worship
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the covenant we have with You through Jesus Christ. Thank You for Your Word, which is a lamp to guide our feet and a light for our path. Thank You for giving us the Holy Spirit who guides us into all truth. We love You, Lord. You are our strength. You are our rock, our fortress, and our savior. You are our rock, in whom we find protection. Father, Your way is perfect. You have given us your shield of victory. You have made a wide path for our feet to keep us from slipping.
Praying God’s Will
Father, among the ministry gifts, You have given us teachers who equip Your people to do Your work and build up the church so that we will not be immature like children. We confess that we won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We confess that teachers will be faithful, reliable, and trustworthy believers. In all respects, our teachers will be a kingdom example; they will teach the truth, and their teachings will not be criticized. We declare that our Church Family will become like Bereans, people who are noble, studious, diligent disciples of the Word of God. As a Church Family, we will meditate on Your Word day and night and experience good success.
Praying the Request
Faithful Father, we ask you to give those teaching our children, youth, and adults, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Help them to seek You for wisdom in all that they do. Father, raise up teachers to help propel our children and youth forward. Help every Center of Praise teacher to pray and seek your guidance. Holy Spirit, empower our teachers with wisdom, ideas, spiritual discipline, and fortitude.
Praying for Forgiveness
Faithful Father, forgive us for not always seeking Your Kingdom above all else and sometimes failing to live righteously. Forgive us for times when we have failed to study and teach Your Word. Forgive us for not always being the best examples for those who may be spiritually immature.
Praying for Protection
Holy Spirit, help us all not to yield to temptation but deliver us from the evil one.
Praise and Worship
Exalted Lord, Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. Your dominion endures throughout all generations. Lord, You reign, and You are clothed with majesty; You have girded Yourself with strength. The world is established, so it cannot be moved. Your throne is established from of old, and You are from everlasting. In Jesus’ name, amen.
